Sub: Loan Request for Rs 25 Lakhs

Dear Sir,

I am writing to request a personal loan of Rs. 25,00,000 for  purchasing a new property at Madurai.

I am working as a customer relationship manager at Olay since 1999. I have been a patron of HDFC Bank with a savings account for the past six years. There has never been any overdraft against my account.

As such, I have decided to purchase a property at Madurai worth Rs.30,00,000. As i have already have a savings of 5 lakhs, I request you for a loan of Rs.25 Lakhs.  I have attached the necessary loan documents and forms as per your bank regulations.

I have also included copies of bank statements. I will be very grateful if you could consider me for a loan of Rs. 25,00,000 over a period of ten years, with annual payments to be made the first day of January.
